- Degree Certificate (BSc, ND, or HND)
- Age Declaration (By one of your parents at the High Court with your photo attached)
- Attestation of Birth (From the National Population Commission)
- Police Character Certificate (To be obtained when applying for a visa)
- Marriage Certificate (If applicable)
Note: All documents must be verified and authenticated by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

- Comprehensive CV
Important: All documents must be submitted to the Austrian Embassy for verification. Not all documents need to be legalized; however, it’s preferable that your Age Declaration and Attestation of Birth be applied for in the same state and on the same date.
Documents to be Legalized by the Austrian Embassy:
- O’Level Certificate
- BSc Certificate (Including HND/OND Certificates)
- BSc Transcripts (Including HND/OND Transcripts)
Requirements for Austrian Study Resident Permit:
- Correctly and completely filled application form
- Original passport and one photocopy
- Three current passport photographs
- Police Character Certificate
- Proof of Accommodation
- Three-month accident insurance policy
- Six-month bank statement
- Acceptance letter from the university
